^^^ I am running Aloot's Home Plate version 2.3 ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/44101?tab=files ) And I have an interior caravan plot located within the greenhouse in the basement. No matter how hard I try, I can't seem to get the caravan to link up with anyone of my other settlements. Any Ideas?

I don't use home plate, but i believe it's part of the list of "partial" settlements that function differently, or rather don't function at all, for caravans and vanilla supply lines.
you might try something line Skk Workshop utils to convert it to a full settlement, or use of of the mods that does this for you.

Aye. I see what you mean. The thing is, neither does the Mechanist's Lair, but I managed to get it connected to the caravan services by following this thread.

I have installed SKK Workshop Utils and tried to set it to a full settlement that way. The script ran, but my caravan service still says "No Other Caravan Services in Range"
I did run the nice diagnostics checks. I got this:
