3.20 release on Nexus

I see 3.20 was released for IR, ROTC and Sim Settlements, but there's a problem with the Sim Settlements one. It doesn't show up if you search for updates in NMM and if you download it there then NMM doesn't ask if you want to update and instead installs along side the current version of Sim Settlements.

BTW, IR and ROTC work correctly and I'm on 3.16a noticing this.

Best to track it on the nexus website ,NMM can miss things sometimes
