I checked the Meshes file and the Building Plan, but there's nothing that looks like an error. The plot also works in my game.
Could you try to manually download the mod (without going through the NMM) and shove the Meshes file in your Fallout 4/Data?
Yeah. I noticed that the script I use to change the DLC animal factions stops applying the right faction after you reload a save game.
AKA - when you spawn a plot, the animal is friendly. If you reload a save with that animal spawned, the animal goes apeshit.
I'll fix it in the next update.
Yeah, I'm already doing that with some plots (radchicken pen, rabbit pen, wolf martial plot).
Doesn't allow for much customization, though. I cannot change texture on a NPC, for example. I can't create my own (the ones I spawn are added through a script, then aliased to change...

A few days ago, I started to consider the idea of just adding a couple of masters (Far Harbour and Nuka World) to the mod; I kind of wanted a second (or third, fourth, seventh, whatever) opinion because I'm terribly indecisive on this.

Strange. It almost seems like as if the demolition didn't delete everything.

It's kind of weird - the wolves shouldn't spawn if their marker is disabled and deleted (and it gets deleted once you remove the plot), nor they should respawn.
Did you notice similar issues with the chickens/rabbits? Respawns after the plot is deleted?

So! More questions:
1) Which of the three wolves (black/brown/grey) went 'feral' with the mod installed? Just one? All of them?
2) Did the wolf attack the mutant hound while the dog pack mod was installed?
I have never tried that mod, so I don't know what's up with it; but if the mod changes the wolf NPCs, then it's very likely that they'll go rabid.
