It's really strange... I'm truly not above screwing something up but, I've been playing with "dangerous" mods since Xbox Ive NEVER deleted a workshop and I am the biggest jerk when trying to position something just right...
1) Place it down
2) Move it around
3) Back up look at it... NAH that Sh^t aint right!!
4) Repeat an unGodly amount of times until I give up and delete the OBVIOUSLY poorly written mod...LoL or until I get it EXACTLY where I wanted it.
I dont know what happened. But nothing seems to be bringing it back...

I can't replicate it and I have been trying. I'm chalking it up right now to trying to bind workshop hotkeys in MCM and perhaps getting a little click-happy. I had tried several one being "del" that did not work in-game. I likely had something selected, or not yet having the flying thing down and selecting something underneath.

Who knows, but saving a lot fixes a lot of unknowns.. I rolled back that short period in my save and everything seems solid. In my case, I think it was hitting a workshop hotkey blindly that was already a PE hotkey..

Yeah, like you said it's been a very long time since I dorked-up as to lose a settlement workbench.
