Non-SS Bug WV2 prevents Fallout4 1.10.111 from loading existing or new game

With the mod enabled, the game sits at the main screen animation forever when telling it to load a game, or start a new one. Isolated it to this specific mod and it didn't happen a few versions ago, so I blame some CC rubbish maybe conflicting with it now?
