Question WSFW - Door Management Issues

I have the latest WSFW (5/16) and the door management in the MCM is having issues. The doors don't open and close with entering/leaving workshop mode. Nor do the normal auto close - however, autoclose for Player is working if I rebuild them.

Yeah, I'm also having all sorts of issues with door management. It's broken for the most part but every once in a while a door will do what it's supposed to like once then go back to being broken. It's very strange. I wish I could provide better circumstances for reporting but I just can't. They literally have a mind of their own.

I went into workshop mode a few minutes ago and a door that hasn't automatically done anything in a long time opened up by itself, but now it's back to doing nothing again.

After taking a break for a while I've come back to modded FO4 for Chapter 2 and find that WSFW door management still doesn't work right in version 2.0.18a.

In previous playthrough I had been using G2M Workshop, which includes its own auto-door-closing scripts, and even though I never turned that mod's door closing options on I figured that maybe they were causing conflicts.

So, this time I left G2M Workshop out completely, meaning that WSFW is the only mod I have installed with door-closing scripts. Doors still never auto-close, they never auto-open-then-close when entering/exiting workshop mode... Nothing.. So, I am at a loss.

After messing around a bit more, I've discovered that this working but only works on doors that I build myself from the Doors category in the workshop. Any doors placed/generated by a plot or city plan never open/close automatically like they should.

I'm also having issues with door management. Oddly enough, it seems that in order to get NPC-opened doors to auto-close, you have to set that setting to OFF rather than ON. Same for player auto-close, but I don't want that, so I leave it on. Workshop mode auto-open and auto-close don't do anything with either setting.

My doors do auto close but that's something convenient, not something I desire like opening all of them in workshop mode. I make mega settlements and this just makes the experience frustrating to say the least.

Oh they do auto-open, the first time I place them in workshop mode. As if the devs intentionally left it there to tease me...

For now am using Auto-Doors with auto open/close when I am nearby. Its a necessary evil but it works for at least the objects I place and work with internal plots much more easily.
