I have upgraded my PC, added all the Fallout 4 DLCs, and started a new game - as a Minutemen Liberator. Numerous threads have discussed prebuilt settlement issues in Fallout 4 and the DLCs. Below is my consolidated list of prebuilt/preconquered settlements. Any comments are appreciated:
  1. Abernathy – no prebuilt and preconquered :good
  2. Boston airport – no prebuilt and no preconquered
  3. Bunker hill – no prebuilt and preconquered :good
  4. Coastal cottage – ausplat and preconquered
  5. County crossing – rotc and preconquered
  6. Covenant – no prebuilt and no preconquered :good
  7. Dalton farms – rotc and preconquered
  8. Croup manor – ndcowdy and preconquered
  9. Echo lake lumber – rotc and preconquered
  10. Egret –ndcowdy and preconquered
  11. Finch farms – beloopieda and preconquered
  12. Graygarden – genuineentropy* artisanvirgil and preconquered :good
  13. Greentop – ausplat and preconquered
  14. Hangman – ndcowdy and preconquered - stuttering
  15. Jamaican – no prebuilt and preconquered :good

* Due to the complexity, stuttering and NPC pathing issues occurred

I am upgrading my PC, planning to get all the Fallout 4 DLCs, and starting 2 new games - one as a BoS Liberator and one as a Minutemen Liberator. Numerous threads have discussed prebuilt settlement issues in Fallout 4 and the DLCs. Below is my, developing consolidated list of prebuilt settlements with issues noted. Any suggestions/changes are appreciated:
  1. Red Rocket and Sanctuary - not prebuilt due to the triangle of death
  2. Boston Airport, Covenant and The Castle - not prebuilt to allow movement of settlers/civilians between Outposts for morale
  3. Bunker Hill - not prebuilt due to problems with the RotC settlement
  4. Warwick and Spectacle Island - ????? potential for triangle of death
  5. All other Fallout 4 settlements - prebuilt
  6. Nuka World Settlements - ?????
  7. Far Harbor Settlements - ?????

To your list - Starlight, Outpost Zimonja, and Jamaica Plains - problematic.

I have built both warwick and Spectacle Island with issues - but if you stand over at the Castle, where you pick up that bottle with the message... stand and let cell load - swim over... no issues for me... but for most, could be problematic.

Also, problematic is not careful cell loading for Outpost Zimonja/Tenpines and Slog/Greentop - just don't rush the game.

I do all my pre-builds with the exclusions as you list, plus the 3 additional ones I provided.

I am actually doing prebuild game run now that plans are compacted to see if "problematic" is still true....
