Not a bug where's the magazine?[SOLVED]

I saved Preston, heck, I made it all the way to the arrival of the BoS in the Commonwealth. but overall this time, I still couldn't find the darned magazine, and I've reinstalled the mod twice just to make sure it was correctly mounted. where is the darned magazine? if this is spoilers, then Private Message it to me because I'm too dense to figure this out on my own.

that's funny because it's nowhere there, it's the first place I looked at

edit: I think it has something to do with my load order. i believe it is, how to the kids say it these days, "Scuffed". yes, my load order is completely stupid and bad and I don't know how to fix it.

second edit: ahah, i am completely brainless, I got all the secondary addons for Sim Settlements 2... but not the Core Files. I am beyond help
