Where are the complex city plans?

So i got back into fallout 4 after a long break, back then i was playing with the first few release versions of sim settlements. Was looking forward to see what the new expansions do now.

My system runs on ultra, what selected the complex city plans as "on" in the settings. But i can only select the 15 settler plan for sanctuary. Would have loved to try out and see the 26 settler one. So how do i get or find that one? Do i need other mods for that one to show up?

I think they were phased out due to too many issues. Have had a couple Sanctuaries get inaccessible due to CTDs when running the complex version, even though I also run everything on ultra. I would recommend that you run the normal plan, and then just add a few plots yourself if you want it to be bigger. There is plenty of open space for it.
If you still want them, I think I read in the patch notes that they were available as downloads on nexus now.

Ah i didn't know that.. i just kept reading about them. What sort of plans are considered "complex" then for the option to be there at all then?

Like are there still any plans that fall under this? Or is this option basically obsolete by now?

You can find all the plans in the files section under "Optional Files" on the Sims Settlements nexus page. I'm not sure if it was just me, but keep in mind you may need to manually activate these in your load order after installing the mod.

Thank you!
Yes, Vortex doesn't activate them, as it is multiple files. You either have to do so manually, or tell Vortex to activate them all in this blue box on the top right corner that pops up.
