My game went buggy, so I said the heck with it, and decided I was going to start a new game with minimal mods pursuant to actually making the kind of Cityplans I like. More wide open, lit, that kind of thing.
Boy, when you start remembering how little you can scrap by default, that somehow you can scrap a toaster for like 4 steel and a car for 10, that sneaking and lock picking had been really hard and are now back to 'Easy Mode' et alia, it sure highlights how customizable this game is.
