So I've complained previously about my settlement leaders arbitrarily unassigning themselves from the City Planning Desk. But the settlement keeps going, right? Seems to be the case.
This was the weirdest thing, though. I noticed that in this case depending where I moved my cursor in workshop mode mattered for the CPD showing as being staffed or not staffed. Now specifically this was happening at The Slog with Hancock as a leader, but it might be more general? Wondering if it's the case anywhere else, and if it's a sign of anything problematic. As you can see in the screenshots, just a few pixels made all the difference in the readout.
