Question War planner crafting

Maybe I’m wrong and this isn’t a bug so I’ll ask: shouldn’t the war planner allow the same crafting options as the city planner? I’m talking about the holotapes, sensors and various tools.

I’m playing on Xbox with the framework version and it has nothing craftable when I try to craft.
 
As far as I know, there is no crafting yet in warplanners desk. I play on Xbox as well and have never seen anything in the crafting menu even though the option is there.
 
Ok thanks. I know that at this point, if this was a bug, odds are that someone would have told me as much but I wanted to eliminate the possibility that it was only occurring in framework version. Thanks again for your answers

The war planner's desk only allows the crafting of items that are directly related to Conqueror. For example: After you conduct a raid to establish an outpost AND take captives, you will be able to craft slaver's collars at the desk.
 
Forgot about the collars.
Since the storyline's path has changed in the last update I don't know what may have changed in the crafting aspect of the game. I would imagine that at some point you'll be able to craft wall bomb detonators, explosive slave collars and possibly dog collars as well.
 
Well I just recently started a new playthrough specifically with the raider storyline in mind. I hope dog collars can be made, because it was a little irritating to only get 1 per conversation with maul. Wallbusters I didn't really use too much last time, but then again I was running with 5 companions, this playthrough I'll probably use them for more than just destroying doors, lol
