Want plots not plans

Ok, I am newish to sim settlements 1, I have xbox, so 2 gigs is tough. I don't mind building the layouts myself. The year one mega pack has allot of plans, I am not using. So my dilemma, I want as many plot variations as possible. Is there a more efficient mod list that cuts down on city plans and uses the saved space to match or increase the plot variations received with the mega packs. Mega pack year one is 388 mb, Wondering if most of the mega pack is filled with primarily city plans thane for any help or direction.

Pretty sure that one is "building plans".
That's what the mod description says. Usually if the mod is for City Plans, it will say so.

Thanks, wish fallout had 5 gig like skyrim. Really need a pc.
