Bug Visitors taking over the Commonwealth?

This is an issue with visitors congregating en masse at the raider base near Ticonderoga. I am using the 3-in-1 Sim Settlements mod and, as I recall, visitors were added with RotC, so I am posting this here. It may be related to Conqueror in some way, as that is also installed.

I was about to clear this location when i noticed a lot of explosions and gunfire coming from the area. When I got into the area, I saw this little bit of madness (see attached image.) All of the NPC's here (aside from the very dead raiders) have names that fit with the visitors I had seen earlier in my settlements, before I disabled them.

I know little of the internal workings of Sim Settlements, but I think it may be related in some way to Conqueror because I pre-built a lot of the settlements on the map before I disabled visitors. Perhaps they all were sent here to await extraction from their Zetan overlords?

This was a pretty humorous bug, and didn't cause any real issues, so this isn't necessarily a high priority.

Are you fully up to date with all the required mods?
 
Conq is now 4.0.0a don't know id that will make a didderance
is your WSFW on version1.1.1 ?
 
According to package I got on the Nexus, Conqueror is 4.0.1a. That is what I have. Workshop Framework is 1.1.1. It is also a new playthrough with those versions from the start.

do you notice any performance issue?
 
They are the kind of issues with 60+ NPC's in an area. My rig can handle it, but it is a noticeable hit to performance. Gratefully, there isn't a lot that needs doing in that area.

Although the immortal nature of these Visitors gives me ideas in regards to luring the baddies to their deaths.

Damanding also had this problem ,and her fix was a restart but I will let the support channel on discord know about this thread
 
To be clear I started a new save game, not just restarted the game. I also noticed that plots and turrets in the settlement with so many NPCs were duplicated. Kinggath said that the duplicated beds were the likely cause of having so many people. No idea on why everything was duplicated multiple times though.
 
I'd also like to see a load order, maybe I can compare with others who had the issue and identify some commonalities.
 
I never noticed this problem on previous saves, so maybe the bug creeped in with a fix. The load order looks a little large because of several esl's for new and extended settlements. Here it is:

I have an update on this bug. I revisited the area recently, due to the Camp Kendall MILA quest, and the number of visitors had significantly reduced to about a dozen or so. Unless they were walking through walls, that suggests this bug may resolve itself over time, but I can only guess as to why.
