Old Post Various HUD issues, using HUDframework 1.0f

New machine, new install, new downloads of all my mods.... haven't played in a while. Many random little post-DLC Bugthesduh updates since I last played.

Observed with the "Settler Needs" HUD widget:
  • Inaccurate - top bar will (for example) show 7 settlers and a net of 11 water, but the HUD widget's Water bar will be mostly dark, as if water need isn't met. Using the holotape and getting a Needs report, water need is met. Similarly, I'll have a settlement that has the top bar displaying, say, a Happiness of 59 and rising, but the HUD widget's bar is only around 25% full.
  • Doesn't refresh - even when exiting workshop mode after adding things that should affect needs, the HUD widget does not change. It doesn't seem to be redrawn automatically any more (and this may be the root cause of the first issue, rather than actual values being wrong).
  • Can sometimes manually refresh - going into the holotape on the pipboy while in a settlement, turning the needs HUD widget off, leaving the settlement boundaries, waiting a minute, going back into settlement boundaries, turning widget back on: sometimes this will cause correct values to appear. However, it then goes back to not updating, even if I go to a different settlement, or enter / wait / exit workshop mode.
A number of my favorite HUDframework widgets, like HoloTime and PA Stats, have been broken for a while and show similar symptoms: not consistently updating with new data. It seems like it's a screen-element-redraw issue, rather than a widget-getting-bad-data issue. I don't have any Flash authoring tools (or knowledge...) so I haven't been able to take a closer look.
Has anyone else experienced and resolved this?

Having exact same issue, haven't used Transfer Settlements. I do have a fair number of mods installed, so it could be a problem with one of those.
