Unable To Move Settlers Or Assign Supply Lines

I cannot say for sure, but at least since the last patch I'm unable to move settlers, or assign them to supply lines, no matter how long it takes, they wont move at all. I've even tried to cleanup the save using ReSaver but even that doesnt help.

Upon checking the logs I've found what I believe to be a few errors regarding this issue:

Also, but perhaps not really related to this, I've notice the log file is spammed with the with the line below:
Code:
[03/01/2022 - 01:40:35AM] [workshopscript < (0009B197)>]Starting timer to retry daily update. WorkshopParent.DailyUpdateInProgress = True

Which in my experience sounds like a script is calling the same function over and over, perhaps overloading the game?

Thank you in advance.

Really wish I could help, sorry.

This does seem specific to you, at least in relation to this update specifically. In most cases of a single person or tiny minority of users having a problem it would be mod conflict.
I'm assuming nothing else has changed (no new mods etc) and you updated WSFW, and removed extended (included in the new version of SS2) ruling that out.
All the that being true, best guess is corrupt download? Have you tried simply deleting SS2 and WSFW and redownloading?
Other than that, the new version of WSFW has some new functions and there is some new elements in the HUD, so it is possible there's a mod conflict where there wasn't before.

I'm sure I'm not saying anything new to you, but no one with more knowledge of papyrus is responding so just taking some stabs in the dark here.

Yes I haven't change anything other than updating both SS2 and WSFW and removing SS2 extended. I'm sure this is recent because I haven't added any mods to my playthrough in a long while, and I can tell both moving and adding supply lines options have worked before.
What bothers me the most , and for testing purposes , I've tried terminating all WorkshopParent and WorkshopNPCScript related active scripts in ReSaver, and settlers wont move at all, and just yesterday I met Isaiah, and upon finishing his quest I was able to move him to a settlement, and the move option uses a similar function to move settlers.

I just noticed I'm also having this problem, but for me it's specific to SS2 named NPCs, vanilla and other mod NPCs work fine.

I cant move anyone.
I'll also add that I had my companion move to a settlement, and the settlement population did not increase.

Same issue, didn't see this thread before posting mine -goes to delete thread-. Fairly positive it was something in the last update as it's the only thing I added.

Can't seem to delete my thread.
I was able to figure out when this occurs.

Trying to be vague to avoid bigger spoilers but thought it might be relevant
When "Peace of Mind" triggers seems to be the point. Perhaps it's some kind of hangup involving the character being removed from a settlement?
Also I did have a settlement mod at the location which was attacked, the marker for which vanished when I was supposed to meet with Aiden. I checked the sttlement before going inside the location and the settlers still seemed to be moveable though.

I had to rollback on my save, I couldn't fix the issue in any way, nor a response in the forum. I found a previous save that was still working fine, fortunately I did not lose much progress as I was going through all settlements at the time looking for things to fix.
But surely something triggers this issue, might not be SS2, but if its not then I don't know what does.

Edit: For the record, I did try to disable all mods but WSFW and SS2 as an attempt to fix the issue, and after a while I cleaned my save using ReSaver, but the issue persisted.
