Question unable to donate caps

I have over 100k caps, I tried the following things:
1. Reverifying files.
2. Reinstalling the mod.
3. removing my caps using console and scavenging for more caps.
4. picking up the desk and replacing it.

None of this worked.

Are the caps you are trying to donate in your inventory or are they in the shared resources in your caravan network?

Have you tried donating junk items or shipments? Just to see if it's an issue with caps or with the donating.
