True General of the Minute Men!

So running though sim settlements I've noticed something the game is lacking. Actually being the General! Minute Men in my opinion are underpower(weak). You should as the General have the ability to outfit them how you see fit. I know there are mods that make them into a modern force. Thats not what I am preposing. A mod that will let you use your pip-boy or a terminal in your settlements and customize you minute men units. From what they wear, to the weapons they use, even the mods on said cloths and weapons, or even if they use power armor. I have no experience with modding but I feel that this is something someone should take up.
