As the Slog's settlers made a name for themselves as the only tarberry farmers in the Commonwealth, they began to think of ways to increase their crop production. Thanks to Arlen Glass, the Slog now boasts a water purification plant that cleans and distributes excess water from the tarberry pool to the rest of the farms. The settlers also invested in TotallyNotChem research in order to boost crop production. Thanks to their efforts, the Slog is both a working farm and a mini resort.

Welcome to the Slog, the only tarberry farm in the Commonwealth! We don’t discriminate here, as all are welcome. Unless you have unsavory intentions of course.
We’ve turned our old sleeping quarters into the showers, armory, and industrial areas. But, the main attraction is the research lab. And no, we don’t use chems to enhance our crops so they grow faster. Of course not.
Entering the former pool, visitors can see we’ve tried to keep the resort feel, though we are mainly farmers. Directly in front is a place to relax, to the left we have most of our homes, and the right features the main greenhouse. Behind the tarberry pool is the water treatment plant.

Inside of the water treatment plant. It may be small, but it sure does keep our crops growing.
If you aren’t here for the crops, you can check out the restaurant which serves tarberries any way you want or try our arcade machines, play a little pool, or enjoy the view from the top.
On your way out of the Slog, make sure you stock up on any food supplies you need stay safe out there!
