I have an idea on who the Gunners employer might be. One of the Gunners in the final fight was acting sort of...odd, way out character for a Gunner. Not only that, but now that I've finished Ch2, I've encountered a couple of this faction in the city. And if I'm correct, the Commonwealth is in BIG trouble!

Someone asked about Enclave on KG's stream a while ago and it sounded like he didn't have any plans to add them in, but that might just be him being evasive about possible spoilers. I'm stoked to find out though. I'll be combing through clues in my current game wherever I can!

I'm somewhat leaning towards the Enclave having a hand in it... for a very specific meaning of Enclave that falls outside what it would normally mean in these contexts. Specifically, the Vault-Tec remnants theory seems compelling, and Vault-Tec was fairly strongly connected to the pre-War (proto-)Enclave - but this doesn't mean such remnants would have had an active connection to the post-War Enclave that is what we usually think of as the Enclave.

This is my opinion too, this team is so good coming up with new stuff and expanding on underused content I want to see what they'd come up with

Judging from my own experiences, I believe it to be The Children of Atom.

I could be wrong, and the Gunners employer could be Takahashi (he could fake being broken).
