Update:
The plan is up on Nexus
The Good news is that I have 4 saves completed for the city plan!
The bad news is that in testing for some unknown reason 17 of the 25 plots in the foundation level are not being assigned and built.
(their data is in the save export file, it's just that in the creation (encoding) of the city plan, or the actual build of it, this data seems to be lost)
Hopefully I can get it sorted and it will be posted on Nexus soon...
Well, I ended up including two city plans with the only difference being the foundation level... that way people can save, try the full one and if the plots don't build properly they can reload their save and use the limited 6 settler version. That way when the plan upgrades to level 1 all the plots seem to build fine (yeah, it only seems to happen on the initial city plan startup).
So in celebration of a new plot from Pra, I decided to go with a sort of Cemetery theme
Premise:
The Temple (up the hill), and two cemetery plots (church buildings, along with 4 mausoleums) and a tower were from prewar.
The lower area had previously been inhabited by a gang of raiders - now with raider corpses hanging in the trees to deter any raids looking to resettle the old camp.
The upper area gets expanded from the original traders cabin, and a provides a location for the Powell's to settle (with the Wasteland Ventures home - and later Franklin's martin store).
So here is a look at the foundation level
