Hello. I Love the Mods! After the disappointment of FO76 this has been a great surprise!
Just a couple of ideas that would make this perfect:
The ability to pick a Transfer Settlements Blueprint or a Sim Settlements city plan. That would give more choices for people.
Settlement consideration. Settlements should not all be sheep. It would be neat to have them range from friendly to cannibal / psychopaths. By default some are more prone to one side of the spectrum. Another level of aggro other than faction. I would like to approach a settlement for the first time not knowing exactly what their reaction would be.
