Question Strange settlement bug/paint stations galore

I recently downloaded Conqueror and the Minutemen Playable Faction(very nice mods BTW), and I'm encountering a very strange bug. Once I received the quest "The First Step" I went to liberate Tenpines Bluff with the Minutemen and everything was fine after clearing the raiders. Then I went to clear Corvega Assembly Plant and returned to the civilian at Tenpines, but on my arrival there were numerous paint stations scattered all over the Tenpines settlement. They were scattered all around the outside of the settlement and clipped through other areas within the settlement. Any idea what might be causing this? I've also reloaded older saves and the bug repeated. Any help is appreciated.

doesn't really help me, may help you. you're going to have to do the whole 'disable half my mods' routine - and see if the issue goes away - if it doesn't disable the other half.
if it goes away - disable half again - and keep doing that until you track down the culprit.
it will take you a few hours, but that's the price you pay.
 
Once you claim a settlement for your faction "totoms" should appear ,but if they al paint stations some kind of records hav been mixed up. Most likely a mod conflict.

You should let the author of that faction pack know about it though ,they may be able to find a solution.
 
So after checking mod by mod I have found the culprit. When I uncheck Workshop Framework from Mod Organizer 2 it flags as missing masters, but the game will run and the paint stations are gone with the settlements looking normal. The issue then becomes the fact that the war planners desk are no longer present because I'm assuming the missing master. I have the latest versions of Sim Settlements, Conqueror, Workshop Framework, and Minutemen Playable Faction. Any ideas?
 
I think the Minutemen Faction Pack have the mini Power armor station as one of their totem decorations, if that is the "paint station" you see in your settlements. They can be disabled in the City Manager holotape if they get repetitive, not sure under which section since I'm on mobile but I can check next time I'm in game.
 
It's not really a bug per se, more maybe an unfortunate choice of faction decorations on the faction pack author's part. The decorations are meant to indicate that the settlers show their support for your faction and the main Raider Conqueror faction has around 20 different decorations where I think the Minutemen have three (one of them the "paint station"). Conqueror randomizes the placement of the decorations so you might get some clipping every now and then. If so they can be moved around in workshop mode. But your best bet here might be to disable the Faction decorations in the City Manager holotape (unless this doesn't work for the Minutemen faction, and then it is a bug that you can chime in with the other bug reports on their Nexus page). Hope it works!

EDIT: it's in the holotape under Gameplay Options/Conqueror/Allow Faction decorations. All the options can be found on the wiki, here (kept updated by the eminent @WetRats !)
