Question Strange issue with Covenant

I used a city plan for Covenant and for some reason the turrets keep attacking each other. I noticed that the city plan had put an additional one on top of the ones that came with the city, so I scrapped the extras thinking that would fix the issue, but when I returned tonight they were doing it again. Also the Mayor went outside the walls and was shooting at the turrets, too. I did not see any mention of this happening to anyone else...how do I fix this?

Covenant is one of those strange places in the base game - most especially those turrets. You should probably have blown up/scrapped them before laying down the city plan.

I suggest scrapping the lot of them and re-placing them manually.

Thank you...I will do that my next play-through. There is no fixing it now, it appears.
