I've been using Sim Settlements since it was first on Nexus Mods and I love the addon. I recently started playing fo4 again and installed a few Sim addons but I'm having a little bit of an issue. Everything is fine until you assign a leader to the settlement (sanctuary hills). Once I choose a plan and assign a leader, it does the fly around I tab back out of the fly around I might get like 2 build notices and then a notice about recalculating build limit and then the settlement stops building and people disappear except for like Preston.
Even if I l eave and turn on tracking, there is no building anything at all. I tried to reset the settlment, assign a new leader, disable all the sim addons (using 6) start new game, and re-enable right before I first go to concord. The last time I did this about 2 weeks ago, the holotape and sensors were missing from concord but once I used MCM and settlement menu I got the holotape and everything was normal. I even had complex city plans. Now that I'm playing on Ultra, there are no complex city plans and they just stop building anything.
Any help would be appreciated.
(forgot to mention, game is fully updated and latest f4se, tools and build limit is like 1/4)
