Ron has earned caps with his business and has invested in building a tower in Starlight.Of course it attracted people and a real city grew at the foot of the tower.
It is a levellled city plan, you will start with the basics in food, water, housing and material production.
The city will then grow to include a flat with a secret room, a warrior's market, a boxing gym, a church and many other facilities.
