He@ all,
i encountered the Problem that i tryed to set up a City in Tempines Bluff, but if a Building is finished i get a message that the Building was finished in Jamica Plain also the Planners Desk tells me that it´s acually the desk of Jamaica Plain. The resoult is that all the recources and Settlement Plots are messed up. Its a strange bug and after a Day full of googling the Proplem i ask know the Forum if this Problem is known and if there is a fix because i don´t want to restart my whole safe.

Greetings
Astanor

Did you get the warning from workshop framework that your workshop array was corrupted? That would usually be what causes something like what you are describing. Things like uninstalling a mod that includes a custom settlement or having an existing settlement become corrupted often throws the whole array off so the engine can't tell what settlement is which and starts assigning resources from one settlement to another one.

Its a llongshot but you might try looking at it in Resaver. Having it clean up the file /might/ fix it.

Jeah i uninstalled some Mods because and the game told me that there where files corrupted but i didnt realised any ponlems over several gamehours.

Gamerpoets has a good video on it. (Not sure why its archived the info is all accurate).

Ive followed what he said a couple of times but I dont have any more experience than that :/

I recall seeing a couple of others post about an issue like this in the past, but I don't recall if the culprit was ever identified. It isn't a common issue, as far as I know, so a conflict, load order issue, or corrupt file seem most likely.

If you post your complete loadorder.txt and plugins.txt (typically found at something like C:\Users\"your name"\AppData\Local\Fallout4, please post them as attachments or under the spoiler tag), the community can take a look and see if any issues stand out.

Sure! Here are my Lodadorder and my Plugins!

I use most of those, and the one's that I don't I would not expect to cause an issue like this. Your load order is a little off (for example, the WSFW Script Override should be the very last thing in your load order), but I would not expect that to cause the issue.

It sounds like Captain Laserbeam was correct (not surprising) - removing the mods was the culprit, which likely means you will need to roll back to a save before those mods were installed, which likely means going back a long way, probably a restart.

I'm sure you've seen/heard this by now, but I will say it just in case - when you start a playthrough, you really can't remove any mods from that playthrough. If you need to remove mods, you have to roll back to a save before those mods were ever installed. I know some people who play with mods keep a "clean", unmodded save on hand, typically after leaving Vault 111 so they at least don't have to go through that again, in case they need to remove one or more mods. It doesn't help much when you have a lot of hours on a save, but it can be something, particularly if you are experimenting with mods.

I'm sorry for the bad news. I hope you are able to get a stable load order you enjoy and can play with all the way through.

Ok, i kind of saw it comming but Thank you anyway any Tips how i get my Loadorder sortet before starting a new safe? It seens like Vortex is messing more up than helping.

Thank you for the Help!
And nice Hollidays to all of you here<3

I use Vortex and haven't had any problems with my load order, so I'm not sure what the issue might be. Manually adjusting load order in Vortex is not the friendliest prospect, but having to manually handle the whole thing in MO2 appeals to me even less. You might want to check your settings in Vortex and make sure that everything looks like you think it should (make sure autosort is enabled on the plugins tab?).

Your load order is very reasonably sized, and shouldn't be an issue. I hope you are able to get everything running smoothly, and have fun.

Happy Holidays!

It is not possible to fix a corrupted workshop array from removing a settlement mod (or mod that has settlements). If you want to continue with this save, you need to add the removed mod, and roll back to a save file from before you removed it.

Once you do that you can download the current version fro, Nexus and install it. That upgrade should replace any bad files. Just make sure to remember to deactivate the old mod and activate the new one before logging back in.

Ok i will try but i have little hope because i removed some mods quite early in the game so i think its better to have a clean new start =D
Yea its super hard to remove something once its enabled. Why when Im playing fashion I load all my clothing mods and just them. :)

You'd save yourself a lot of trouble by just restarting, yeah. Personally I really like MO2 and never used Vortex. MO2 is fairly straightforward if you watch one 20 minute video.
You might want to refer to installation instructions - https://wiki.simsettlements2.com/en/getting-started/installation
A few mods help a lot with SS2, it's a good idea to start using F4SE as a lot of great utility mods (like Buffout) require it.
Other than that, some mods will require specific placement or create conflicts, sometimes there's no other way than learning what F4Edit is or just not using that mod with the others.

Vortex has an automated sorting list - its really easy to get reliant on. It also has an incredibly cool feature to detect a file that could be light and flag it in vortex to be run that way. So I love tossing things in together and seeing what will run as light. Also their conflict resolution is excellent. The cycles thing turns into almist a minigame of random changes till it ends.

MO2 lets you get into the fiddly things about the mods and are able to set up your rules to work how you want them to. Their manual load order is much easier to tweak and not have it shuffled by the program. I find it more stable over lonag playthroughs only you have to edit files to make them light one by one.

Automated sorting is known to break settlement mods, by putting other mods after them, overwriting settlement data. For example my Red Rocket settlements will always be broken if you don't manually sort them to the bottom of your list (where all settlement mods should be!), by many popular tree mods!
