SS2 DLC Settlers patch in All Chapters Patch?

Do we still need to install the SS2 DLC Settlers Patch if we install the SS2 All Chapters Pack? It doesn't say one way or the other on the Nexus so I'm asking here.

The SS2 All Chapters Pack does not include it. You still need it even if you install the all chapters pack.
