SS2 compatible settlement size reducer

Anyone know of a good mod, one that won’t crash my game or send me into the long save death spiral, that will permanently reduce or keep reasonable settlement size limiter?
My settlements have stopped growing because I keep hitting the size limit, and taking junk out of the workbench, only to scrap and repeat, is serious old and tiresome.

There's a built in function of Workshop Framework that lets you increase that "build limit" meter. I'm not sure how you access it on Xbox though.

I may be wrong but I think you can access the workshop framework from the pipboy holotape. Would it be under options or tools?
