Solved SS not showing in Menu

I've started a new game after a few months off. No problems previously. My current version of FO4 is 1.10.163.0. When I wasn't able to see SS in the workshop menu I tried the fix using SMM. I downloaded SS again with no change. I started over running only the following mods (with and without the unofficial patch): SS 3-in one version 4.2.6, MCM 1.39, WorkShop Framework 1.1.9, WS plus 1.0.6 with literally no ther mods other than running it in F4SE, which is up to date (vers 0.6.21). Then I tried adding the ISMM and running the fix but no joy. I tried it without WS+. I'm using Vortex. I'm creating the holotape using the MCM. I get messages saying SS is running, including notification of the Sanctuary blueprint. I've about given up and decided to wait until SS updates again to see if I have better luck

huh, that looks good.

Here is the thing. It is likely something small and goofy.
I would start from a very clean base and work up from there.

Can you confirm if this happens on a new save and an existing save?

Are you using any saves that jumps you ahead in the game?

Well, I guess this is solved now. I removed then downloaded SS again and started a game with just the unofficial patch and MCM, then hard saved once I got back to Sanctuary and loaded SS 3-in-one. It worked and I've been slowing adding mods since, including ws framework and ws+ without having any apparent problems. The why of it remains a mystery but the problem is solved.
