Some difficulties with energy

I'm testing a Drive-in settlement. Only plots. Nothing vanilla, just SS2 resources.

There are no generators in the settlement, and no Municipal Energy Tower. In workshop mode it indicates 0 Energy, everything is correct.

Question: My advanced water treatment plant appears as connected, it uses 9 energy, but there is no generator or Municipal Power Tower. Is it correct or is something wrong?

Question: Theoretically, the rest of the plots should have power when I put in a Municipal Power Tower without the need for manual wiring, right?
I have 261 energy and my total consumption barely exceeds 120. I have no energy transfer plot

After waiting 30 min. no plot is energized. I have refreshed all the plots. I am doing it wrong or I have not understood the procedure. I need a little help, please.

First, I apologize if I've misunderstood something. But if not, you do still need to run your wires from the municipal pole, the upside is that plots now take radial power instead of you needing to wire every plot individually like with SS1, which means you can get away with just a handful of strategically placed poles.

I have a cable from the municipal power plant to the municipal power tower, I think it should be enough. In Sanctuary it works well.

I've finally wired everything manually, for some reason it doesn't want to work

I don't know if it's been figured out why it happens, but sometimes you need to go around picking up and letting go of power connectors (until you find the problem child) to "reset" the connection. Other than that, I'm out of ideas. I've been having my fair share of grid issues too, so if a reliable fix pops up I'll be all over it.

I got it backwards, I'm an idiot :blush

I have 2 commercial plots that are with power but without cable, that has confused me why I thought that the municipal power tower was radiant.
