I found several issues with the Holotape. Origianlly this post started out with 1 but I found more as I went on:
Just started a new save with SS2 and began building my settlement in Sanctuary. In the beginning I set the Holotape to "Returning User -> Automated"
SS2: 1.0.14a
HF: 1.0f
WSF: 2.0.15a
SS2E: 1.0.12a
1)
I wanted to change the settings a bit. So I go in the Holotape Options -> Gameplay -> City Building -> Involvement and when I try to change it to nay other setting it will still be set to "Low".
2)
I also saw there is some setting probably not named right in Options -> Gameplay -> Difficulty -> Destroyed ASAM Sensosrs.
You have the options "ON" and "OFF" but the text talks about setting it to "Must be repaired" and the current setting is "Refresh will fix"
3)
Tried to adjust the Options -> HUD -> AR -> Icon Groups settings.
When trying to adjust "Plot Power Needed" it will not change and instead turn "Plot Status" to OFF.
4)
Options -> HUD -> Resource Panel -> Autohide Settings only has the option "Outside Workshop Mode" and no others. Status Meter has also "Always" and "Never", which I would expect to see here too.
5)
Tools -> Tracking is completely empty for me.
6)
So I just exited the pipboy after fiddling with the Autohide settings a bit and reloading the positions aaaaand now it's gone. Can't see the Status nor Resource Panel anymore.
If anyone else has this, you can fix this by going into Mod Config -> Sim Settlement -> HUD and adjusting the Auto Hide settings there.
