@kinggath or someone more experienced with SS2 bugs
I encountered camera issues in the 'Where There's Smoke' Mission. During the event I have to sit on the chair, the screen with the tuning options did not appear… the camera was positioned behind the character in 3rd person. Disabling and re-enabling the Camera option in Dialog did not resolve the issue. So, after many attempts, I decided to try the console, I used the TCL commands (which didn't solve anything) and TFC and when it was deactivated, the dialog appeared.
However, during the dialogue with Jake before sitting in the chair, he kept falling down as if he had been hit by enemies. Upon returning, the dialog had to be restarted from the beginning continuing this behavior. I was only able to progress by quickly 'cutting' the dialogues using the mouse, which hampered the immersion of the scene.
I searched the Forum for problems with Jake falling and came to Kinghat's suggestion to use Vit-O-Matic on Jake. Apparently it temporarily fixed the unusual behavior.
I finally got to the interaction with Aiden part and the problem with the camera and dialogue being cut appeared again. I was forced to use TFC every iteration until I reached the end of the cutscene. At least after the fight with the Gunners Jake apparently stopped falling out of nowhere.
I remember that I don't have any mod that affects the camera and I experienced the same problems in both SS2 versions 2.2.0a and 2.20b.
