Scrapable Abernathy Farm?

I am starting a new playthrough of SS2 and used a save game file that has the main quest line completed and unlocked all companions.
Best good ending, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3511 and I used the SS2 cheat option to get me into the start of chapter 2.
Something is allowing me to scrap everything at Abernathy Farm and some things at other vanilla locations. Not every settlement is affected.

The only scrapping mod I have installed is Raze My settlements
I have only built in Sanctuary, RR and Tenpine, then when i went to build at Abernathy it is allowing me to scrap every single item. Sunshine Tidings will let me scrap some of the roof and walls and some of the cabins, but not everything.
I know this is probably not a SS2 issue. I'm just hoping someone else has seen the issue, before I start disabling mods.
I may just live with it and just be careful in A.F. and S.T.

Homemaker - Expanded Settlements

Adds over 1000 new craftable objects, encompassing craftable versions of a great deal of the base game. Also includes new build sets, working planters and much much more! Newly updated by Damanding!

Make a new game and run over to Abernathy and see if without this mod if you can still scrap things.

The theory being this mod is setting items not normally to be scrapped as scrappable. Im not entirely sure but Id guess this breaks precombines making even more scrappable.

Where did you find "SS2WhisperPowerPlots.esp"? Id love to have a copy for my game.

I probably DL'ed it before it was hidden.I guess once its linked and not uninstalled it will still DL, even if it is hidden.

I did the same but I had reinstalled everything so many times it forgot. If your willing to email/dropbox it let me know. If nothing else I want to preserve it.

Removing Homemaker did not help.
I'll just work around it and keep Extra Object selection turned off at Abernathy.

For a long time I used the preset breaking removal mod. Just very carefully. But I couldnt resist the urge to get rid of leaf piles, etc in Sanctuary so I ended up breaking the game slowly so I had to stop :P

Raze my Settlement and Clean my settlement are both excellent mods. Though I had to roll back to an earlier release of Raze. The current one keeps pulling down Red Rocket gas station. You might try fiddling with that too if you decide to do some testing.
