Sanctuary/Red Rocket Joint Settlement

Hey all, as my first post to the forums I thought I'd share my main settlement! Using Neheer's excellent "All Settlements Expanded" mod I joined Sanctuary and Red Rocket. I even tested run power between settlements but with no surprise I could not get that to work.
