Does anyone know why there isn't any Agricultural plots being built for this settlement? There's only Industrial & Residential plots being built. And that's also after I chose to refresh the city after selecting Designers choice.

Due to the theme of the location that could be just the way it was designed, relying on other settlements to fulfil any food needs. You can always use the asam sensor menu to change a plot type if you'd like it to build some agricultural. I've always used that location as a robot settlement myself, so food not an issue.
