Alright, so, made a new save and I was at character creation for just a couple of minutes and then resurrection prompt appeared and I clicked it out of habit without even reading it(cuz I'm dumb and impatient). Second prompt said to mention this in forums, so here I am with no idea what's going wrong.
some extra info: pc, version 1.0.3, mod list at 50, pc specs slightly below average(gpu in particular) and the following screenshot
Edit1: I'ma gonna keep playing like this didn't happen and update the post if I see a bug or something I dunno
Edit2: That didn't take long, it crashed, didn't even had enough time to finish character creation... just straight up closed on me, no prompt, no nothing, like pulling the plug, poof, gone
Edit3: It's been a day and no-one seems to have an answer, btw tried to restart a couple of times, same thing keeps happening: res prompt, res complete, game crashes. Might try to start a game with no other mod(well, other that sim settlements 2 that is) even thought this didn't happened with 1.0.2.
