I have everything updated to latetst version which is 4.0.10
I think its actually tied to build limit, I managed to get into the settlement by disabling the Year One Mega Pack and toggling AI off with console , saw a bunch of unfinished plots (plots were there but they had invisible walls , with floating furniture) I took control of the settlement with WF to scrap them, and I noticed the build limit was at its max, leaving the workshop caused the game to CTD again.
Also the settlement is quite filled with weird stuff, like the projector screen is full of random letters, dunno if its part of the city plan but man does that look horrid, the rest of the settlement is fine which is abummer because this ithe first time conqueror generated an actual cool and random settlement for me, but it CTD :P

I can fast travel to any settlement without fast CTD except starlight which crashes 100% of the time, though Ive been trying to hop from settlement to settlement and I always seem to run out of memory and CTD anyway, so yeah, this mod is just too script hungry, gath needs to cut them off , and relying on heavy scripted scenes on quests only makes the matter worse tbh, it completely ruins the point of cutting the Script Usage of SS and the packs like he's been doing, whats the point of cutting the size of those scripts if he is going to add double the scripts he removed for quests,
.
Now people actually have to chose, have a heavy load order, or have a load order with almost only just sim settlements, the packs, and conqueror, otherwise it will CTD, and not even that way, because like I said, I started this playthrough with only sim settlements stuff active to avoid those particular issues, (though I didn't disable CC stuff, but come on, that's "official bethesda" stuff, mods should be made taking those into consideration for both to play nice with each other) and Im still crashing with that minimal load order which had a total of 50 plugins and more than half of those were CC club ESL's.
Before SS/Conqueror I always had a huge load order and I always had the usual CTD after about 2 hours of playing or so, but ever since I installed those, its a CTD fest all the way, with or without my other mods, which is a bummer, because don't get me wrong, I love these, they became a must have for me, they're just too heavy for FO4's shitty engine tbh.
EDIT: I have migrated all my CC mods to a new mod folder in MO2, and will try yet again another new game this time without all the CC crap, though Im calling it right now I dont think it will make a difference.
