fantastic looking build. just have a tiny problem, food still says "0" on level 1, and there are only 3 beds, but 7 settlers. also there's a shelf right in the doorway of one of the shacks. is that supposed to be that way on level 1?


and you said you used a Conquerer? addon by Capn Coots.
did you mean the Creations addon by Capn Coots OR the Conquerer DLC by kinggath?

I don't remember at what level the food plot is added. My thought process was that since it's a raider theme that you would have to set up links with nearby settlements and exploit them.

Well I'm pretty sure I had a bit more than that! I used some normal beds though, so maybe they aren't counting? I had a problem once where the normal beds at Bunker Hill weren't showing up after a refresh.

Oh This one I can fix! That looks like a different plot from what I had set. For that shack I used the Simple Bedroom one from vanilla Sim Settlements. Changing the plot plan should fix that. Well I hope at least.

Uh, I used the martial plot that I think Capn Coots designed? I couldn't remember if it was part of Conqueror or what. It's the martial plot above the shack with the shelf blocking the door. I want to say it's added in Conqueror

Anyway, I'll load up level 1 of that and see how it's supposed to be to double check for you.:umnik2

OK so I found the old level 1 file! So yay for that.

The plot in the shack is called "Basic Bedroom" by Kinggath. That's the one I had set for and why I put the door where I did. I admit that the plans really are dependent on certain plot types. So I guess it's probably best to go with the designer's choice? I dunno, but yeah changing the plot plan should fix it anyway.

The food plot should be there in the back, ground level. It's sort of hidden inside the metal junk that is holding up the aft end of the "ship." I couldn't say why it wouldn't be there for you though. I'm not that knowledgeable on how plots get placed down by NPCs. Sorry! It should be there though!

Here is an image of it. This plot is the only source of food that this build gets on its own. But I found that some threats to those Abernathy losers is a great hook up too!

As for beds... Well there are supposed to be 7 in total, plus a player bed. 3 of which are residential plots, 4 vanilla beds/mattresses. So I'm guessing you are having the same issue I had with Bunker Hill in where vanilla or Project Blueprint beds aren't showing, but still are registering. So that's why yo have 7 population. I don't have any clue how to fix that... I can tell you where they are supposed to be though. There should be a bed in the office of Red Rocket, 1 behind the Chems Dealer, 2 on the 2nd level of the "ship." And of course the player bed at the top in what will become the Captain's Cabin.

Anyway, I hope this novel of a post helps! And sorry for not being able to help on the other things, maybe someone else that knows what's up can offer some advice, cause I'd like to know too lol.

i don‘t have Conquerer installed, so i wouldn‘t be surprised if a few small problems arise here and there. i‘m level 2 now and it takes form. thank you for the quick reply, changing the lot helped. idk why it picked a vault addon blueprint, but alrighty. the bed situation is still a bit weird, refreshing the SS data didn‘t help. i‘ll just wait until it‘s level 3. if it‘s not synced up by then i‘ll just add my own beds to it.
can‘t wait to see it finished, thanks again!

I'm glad you got the plot fixed! If you want I can post an image of where the beds are supposed to be. Or link the tour lol.

Which add-ons did you use for this build, as I just got back to playing Fallout for the first time in 6 months.

As I got the wrong industrial plot in the garage, the wrong commercial and recreational plot on the first floor and both of the residential after entering the second floor.

Or has the plan been updated since?

The weird part is I have all of those mods, plus designer’s choice is on. The only difference I can see is that I use the Wasteland Ventures all-in-one, so maybe that’s why my game have picked some other plans for those plots.

I'll try to find them, now that I know I have the right add-ons installed.
