Raider or Minutemen, Turns out Institute

So I am thinking I want to make something here and I have 2 very good ideas.

Raider chem lab with its own grow site. Or. A Minutemen fort along the lines of my tenpins one to secure one of the only working greenhouses as a food basket.

I always vote raider because ss1 conquers was the best and jammer was A cool dude.

If you are not aware on the builder's discord I have an opt-in-monthly-challenges and for this month I have been challenged to the following " I wanna see you build for the institute, clean, clinical, high tech. Opposite of raiders."
so I have taken the design I was thinking about for this place and gone in a very different direction so much so that well I have had to hide the settlement.
here are some early WIP pictures.

from the outside, I have hidden the whole settlement as if it was not even there. by the time I am finished, it will blend into the area completely on the inside I am going to take inspiration from Vault 22 from NV. The idea is that the institute would not just have the Warwicks out there for food testing they would have an off-site for experiments. This settlement is the found remains of just that.

Thank you all I am just so sleepy after work all I want to do is kick off the ugg boots and crawl into bed. This does not leave much time to sit down and work out the plan for the city let alone build anything. I will recover and be right as rain soon enough.
