Old Post Question about Outposts and Supply Lines

Hi

I converted 2 of my settlements into Outposts, but before that set up supply lines, anyhow after converting to Outposts noticed that nothing in my other settlement work benches is being shared with my Outposts even tho my pipeboy states the supply line is still set up.

Is this intentional or a bug, and it's intentional should it be better that I convert all my settlements to Outposts and Vassals?

Never mind, find out it was something with the settlement that was added with a mod, it came with crafting stations but for some reason it doesn't connect to the workbench, removed it and add a new crafting station and it's ok
