Plans list broken?

I had previously been able to select any specific plan or category as intended, but now the only eligible building plan is Random. Anyone have a fix, or had this happen to them?

Damn. I've been deleting my old saves to fix the infinite loading glitch, so I guess ill just press on and deal with it. Such is the life of a fallout player.

There is an option in the settings holotape Reset Building Plan Cache Data that is supposed to fix this. The reports of this solving the problem are hit and miss.

I had the problem with my residential plots and resetting the cache worked a few times, but after that I haven't been able to change them. Reloading old saves is something I haven't tried... might have to start seeing how this is a seemingly common issue.

And just today the issue seems to have crept into the commercial plots a well. Resetting the cache has no effect. Fortunately I'm not too far into the game, but man do I hate restarting from the beginning, even if I do know a whole lot more about how SS2 works than I did the first time around.

This bug is a really strange one. In 8 play throughs I have not encountered it. The only time I have seen anything similar is in testing plans in my addon. The reset cache fixes it. I also think there is a better chance at being struck by lightning than this being caused by a mod conflict...
