The original plan was there to be a bug fix patch on Friday, followed by a rebalance patch in 2 weeks.
One of the bug fixes I'd gone all in on turned out to have a fatal flaw I discovered tonight, and the code is going to take me a while to roll back. Which means I can't possibly release it on Friday. So I'm just going to combine the two and release together on August 6th as the 1.1.0 patch, which will represent the biggest gameplay change SS2 will see in Chapter 1 - going to be a very cool patch!
I'll be posting a public beta of what was going to be tomorrow's patch as soon as I fix this flaw (might be early next week), as well as a separate plugin that enables the new rebalance numbers so we can collect some feedback before the August 6th patch.
