Love the mod so thank you been using it for years

one thing would be nice is to have the base SS2 city plans more balanced with enough of the plots to be able to max out the city by default and sanitary / hospitals to the necessary happiness
also want to note it would be nice once unlocking the more advanced plot types that the city plans auto convert to them if they meet the requirements to do so

the plans would need to be redone but yes since the 1.0 came out there is a lot of new added plots and mechanics, so id also love for the basic city plans to have everything needed for the 3.0 that way you get the hospitals or graveyard's or whatever else is needed.
 
Say, has anyone else ran through problems with the vit o matic after the patch? It's probably just a coincidence but in this patch my vit o matic stopped working permanently and the left settlements stats bar is showing as all empty in every settlement. The needs report is also showing false data, 0 settlers.

I was able to recreate the issue consistently, it happens right after Croup Manor goes through many improvement phases in the background. At a certain point after it notifies of the improvements, the vit o matic just stops working permanently. Strange thing, never had this happen before.

Also, I'm very hyped on chapter 3, i thought it would be years until it would be completed but this indicates otherwise. These chapters release quite quickly despite being huge projects. Amazing.

Edit: Croup Manor was just a really big coincidence. Issue pinpointed by Kinggath here.

It stopped working for me too, but I don't have Croup Manor as my settlements. It stopped working for me after Casandra updates it to show diseases.
Edit: Theory blown. I just happen to have a save just at the scene where she upgrades the Vit-O-Matic. I was able to scan Valentine before and after the upgrade. It may just be a glitch. I'll play again from this save and see if it happens again.

I had this too, But I blamed it on mod conflicts.

So I am now in the middle of a new play through with minimum load order and saving often to see if it happens again.

When I checked my save file with resaver, there were ~500 of active scripts. So something went really wrong.
 
Thanks for the patch. I am one of those who stuck in progressing the CPD quests. Specifically, I cannot progress to the Act 3 after completing the Act 2.

The patch note say the Act 3 will be forcibly started after installing the patch. However, and sadly, it does not so far.
After installing the patch, I checked quests with "GetStage" and "sqv". While the stage of the BDTFL raid and the Judge recruting was "100", and the stage of the Act 2 as a whole was "400", the Act 3 did not start. Its stage was 0.00, and sqv showed that the quest is stopped.

Is there any way to work this around, or do I have to start the whole thing again? Thanks in advance!

Does it work if you shoot them? Sometimes the Scan option can break if you have too many alternate activation competing as the game will only display one at a time, if there are more than one eligible, it simply fails to make any of them work.

You could try running:

setstage SS2C2_NDCowdy_CPD_Act3_3 10

If that fails to start it, than I'd assume there's some sort of mod conflict blocking it.

If that works, would you mind sending me your .fos save file? I can try and get the fix to trigger with it and if I figure out why it didn't run for you I can hotfix it.
 
I ran into a problem. On Xbox, I placed the Recruitment Beacon to spawn Jake on a roof in Sanctuary, but he never spawned, a few seconds later, two more settlers spawned (Not Old Paul or Lily) just ordinary settlers.

HUDFramework
SS2
SS2C2

I tried waiting several minutes after one scan and it didn't happen. Tried shooting and waiting, and avoided fast travel while doing quests to pass the time. At some point, the status meters failed. It's the same with disease cures and others have reported the recruitment clipboard too.
I got a save from before and after it happened, with a very light mod list:
 
If that works, would you mind sending me your .fos save file? I can try and get the fix to trigger with it and if I figure out why it didn't run for you I can hotfix it.

Since my console command screen can only show 7 lines I could not get any more information so I am itchied to know. Not that knowing anything can solve my issue, but at least it may help finding out what causing a conflict.

Hmm the save has over 800 active scripts which is what's making it go off the rails. Do you know what you last did before things go weird? I'll check the other save you included shortly.

Page Up on your keyboard will go higher. All of the Ref's will show none if the quest is failing to start. What you're looking for is the state to say that its running rather than stopped.
 
Prepping a hotfix for the Vitomatic/HUD/Recruitment Clipboard issue - very good chance folks who have this issue will need to roll back saves. Looks like there was an infinite loop in one of the disease systems that no one ran into during beta testing.

Any bizarre issues that crop up after 2.3.2, first thing folks should do is try grabbing this new version I will have up in an hour and roll back their saves.

Apologies for the issue - bummer we never ran into it in testing :(

I don't think mine was a mod conflict. I haven't updated added or removed any mods, except SS2 stuff and my own mod. Yet it appears to have gone away after replaying the scene were the Vit-O-Matic gets updated to diagnose diseases. I still need to play a bit further from that point to get where I was when I first noticed it not working.
