Patch 1.0.5 - "End of the Conga Line" - is live!

I know Most can be hosted.

my problem with them started way back when they hosted mods that basicaly could not be hosted anyplace else.

If they have since cleaned up there act, which, based on recent comments by Mxr on his discord about them hosting Mods that would get him banned by Patron which was why he has not featured them, they haven’t....

which given that Patron allows “adult” incest and bestiality to be promoted, and he knows this, well let’s just say that as far as that goes, a guy who makes fallout 4 beastiality porn for his private Chanel has limmits that aparently tstwnbn does not have...

granted I may have totally misunderstood what he was talking about.
LL is an adult site with no limits to what they allow as it's all fantasy. Nothing nefarious or bad about them. They are not breaking any rules nor are they forcing anyone to use them. MxR decided to cover them and that was his decision and had nothing to do with the site.

If what they offer is offense to anyone avoid the site. I just wanted to clarify that there is no link between LL and MxR.

Not sure why sex mods will be an issue. I see nothing wrong with it.

Quickly closes his mod list
Not saying it is an issue just that Bethesda may take issue with their voice actors being used like that for free for mods like that. Hell they won’t even let their voice actors do regular paid work if it involves Bethesda’s copy righted npc’s. So it’s a very grey area. I think they will probably over look it since it’s not like they can do much about it honestly. I mean voice over or voice changing software isn’t exactly new just that this makes it a lot easier for the common modder to use very life like Bethesda voices.

as for your mod list I have no cares as long as your 18 plus then your an adult and can be or do what you want. Think some people got the wrong idea what I was thinking.

Sibling Shack still has problems at level 2. At level 1 everything is as expected: 2 beds and 2 residents. At level 2 it has two residents but only one bed is recognized. The beds present are a sleeping bag and a bed labelled YOUR MATTRESS.

I think the problem is that's a shack for a specific pair of NPCs

The other one of those that I know of that gets weird is that one shack for the Mushroom farmer, his Jet making wife, the daughter, the "Alien" and their Brahmin, it shows up elsewhere at a settlement without them, and it does not exactly seem to work

The Powell House seems to work for me in other locations. I have the Finch Family living in one and the Nordhagens living in another. I'll check back as those level up.

Edit: Level 2 of the Powell's Farm has the correct number of residents and beds (4). Level 3 of the Sibling Shack has the correct number of residents(2) and only one bed.

Not true at all I use that plan pretty often it’s just a plot and not specific to anybody. It is supposed to have 2 beds throughout its levels seems level 2 has some issues though.

those are the only two that are aparently weird in my previous playthrough, tenpines may have been a case of that settlement just being borked because of how it was built up, partly Because I was alway sending off settlers from there Because they kept showing up despite it never seeming to have enough beds for them to stop complaining about it, ( at 20/22 and the becon being scraped.

Unique NPCs will now travel between and around your settlements, rather than piling up!
Sorry if i ask but where exact they are?As with my new Game Start with 1.0.5 i have finish near again the full SS2 Questline and don't see 1 of the Special NPC.

They appear only if you have a working recruitment beacon somewhere.

I had the same question. Turns out the answer is look around the outskirts of your settlements too. I have found some standing in the middle of a road, one hanging out with a pack of brahmin and one in the middle of nowhere shooting at molerats.

I have 2 Settlements with a working Beacon.Zimonga and Drive in.Have 4 Other Settlements with no Beacon as i want to control the number of Settlers this time.
Run around both Settlement for Houres now to see if i find one of the NPCs but nothing see only 1 time a Settler in the middle of nothing but dont was able to reach him why i was under Attack. After i finish the Enemy's i don't find that settler any more.Ho had that idea to let them run around the entire World?Think the Quests they give was enough no need to make even to find them a endless Quest.

Final find some of them. They was all in Zimonga at my Bar and get Drunk :) But in that Settlement i don't have near nothing (and 0 from SS2) so why the hell they stay there? So the only requirement is to have a recruitment beacon in a Settlement then they come.Read something about you need xy Plots in a Settlement.Zimonga have only 1 Vanilla Bar a ILS Caravan and some Vanilla Food so not a Settlement that attract People. Its not even important for me that Settlement as i start to Build more when i have done some Quest and dlc.Pass there by pure chase. Can it be that the Special NPC appear only where you place the last Beacon? As it Strange Sanctuary Red rocked Abernathy and drive in are full build but not 1 of the NPC show up there and i have finish near the entire quest with Jack. Zimonga was the last Settlement i place a Beacon but now i have direct 5 of the Special Npcs there and they don't wander around but sitting at my Bar and sleep in my Beds.

I'd recommend looking at the Youtube video for KG's explanation but the short version is that if they work properly, they will be moving between settlements that you own. Not all of them, up to 3 I believe and there are other factors but still, if KG's system work as he intended they should not simply be in one location forever, they'll move.

1 thing that i see yesterday. When you find a new NPC from SS2 in one of your Settlements and get him to become settler. When you assign him to the actually Settlement he is.He join the Settlement but don't get count as Settler in the hud.To get him count right you must send him away and then reassign back to the Settlement.
Then the Powel Children take a Bed but don't count as Settler. That lead to be confusing as you use then more Beds as you have Settlers.I have at Starlight 18 Settlers with the Powels but the hud show only 17 but 18 Beds in use.Its not real a Problem but with the Bug that settler take sometimes Multiple Plots a little bit confusing. Was gone Crazy yesterday to look for a Settler that have 2 Beds until i found out that with the Children.
