PA Service Center missing features

I noticed the female I assigned to work at the PA service center doesn't verbally say half of her lines, and I can't ask for her to repair my PA. This is true with all levels of the plot.

The voice lines are on my list to fix - hopefully with the next patch. The repairing PA isn't actually possible. When I designed the plot, I wasn't aware it wouldn't be possible, but decided to leave it in anyway - as it's a cool looking shop, and you can still by frames and parts.
