One more plot(s)

The tool keeps telling me I need one more fo something but I already have the requirements for the month and I tried building the other plots to no avail. What is it looking for?

It may be that it’s saying you need 20 plots total. Since city plans use 20 ASAMs to build, the tool looks for 20 plots. I personally have ignored that suggestion at lower levels of very small city plans, since I know I’ll reach that point at LVL 2 and LVL 3, and my entries have been valid. So I think it is safe to ignore at lower levels. Just make sure you have 20 plots by LVL 3 so that the player isn’t wasting ASAMs on your city plan.

In both these situations it says I am "One more plot(s)" short. I think the tool is drunk :P

I checked them for the heck of it.


Then I had a thought and for the heck of it I rebuilt the radio box and I think it started working. No more message - yay!
