Old Paul doesn't stop following me!

After i kill the raiders in Casting a Line and speaking to Jake about rebulding the commonwealth, Old Paul starta following me şike a follower and i can't her rid of him. Does anyone have a solution?

Reload a save from before he started following you

I just talked to Jake first after raiders are dead before Paul and it all worked out
