Of Vault 81 and Water

When you look for Ced's sister you find a note on the Gunner you kill saying their drugging the water vault 81 uses. I cant find anyone in 81 that cares though. Is therte a way to tell / warn them? Fix the water? If not it might be better to remove the note because it really strains my disbelief that we would find that and just toss it away.

I think if you talk to Cedric again after you grab the Vitomatic he should have another dialog sequence about that note?

I'll have to give that a try my next playthrough. I might of tried to talk to him when I told him about his sister and not gone back.

On my most recent replay I tried talking to Mansfield and the others in 81 again. No luck. Ive got this vital note and no one cares :/
