Question Nuka-World RR

So I wanted to start a new play through. Had to do a full reset of FO4, therefore meaning I had to reinstall all of my mods. When the Conqueror startup pops up and I click the "Pick Settlements" tab, the only thing that shows up is the Nuka-World Red Rocket settlement. Nothing else. The only conflicting mods I have are Place Anywhere and Alternate Start, and I am running on XBox One with the latest updates to SIM Settlements and Conqueror. Is there any way to fix this? I've tried rearranging Conqueror from last to just beneath SS, but it didn't fix a thing.

No, I just have the normal SS.

Conquerer includes a plan for Nuka red rocket. You'll need to have rise of the Commonwealth to get default one's for most of the rest (and to be able to build city plans in the first place) various add-ons will give more choices.

You need the 3 in 1 or Rise of the Commonwealth installed to get City Plans
